Last Wednesday, our Executive Director Jacquie Hanoman was honored by the Women’s Equality Day Planning Committee as a Community Hero of the Pandemic in the area of food security. This honor was for our community market serving more than 600 people per week during the height of the pandemic.
“I accept it with humility on behalf of our wonderful team because I do not do it alone. Our team makes it happen and we are privileged to serve our community,” Hanoman said.
We thank the Women’s Equality Day Planning Committee for their kindness in bestowing us this honor.
